Banking and finance

Andes Development builds, runs and governs the digital side of banks, credit unions and lenders that serve Spanish-speaking customers. We've spent over a decade building digital platforms for banks and insurers in Honduras, and our sister company in Texas, Andes Dev LLC, serves US clients.

What's on your desk right now

The tracking pixels on your public website are part of your compliance surface: what they collect before a member agrees is your institution's responsibility. Your Spanish-speaking members can tell when a page was translated instead of written for them. Staff already use AI tools, and your board wants to know which ones. And every new vendor now goes through a longer due-diligence review.

Consent your compliance team can audit

Andes Consent runs on your own site. It blocks tags until a visitor agrees, honors Global Privacy Control, and sends consent receipts only to your systems, so no member data reaches us. It's in production with a bank in El Salvador.

The first step is a free review of your public site. We tell you which tags fire before consent, with no access to your systems.

Links, QR codes and pages under your brand

linkable.id keeps every short link, QR code and branded page on your own verified domains:

  • Printed QR codes on statements, branch posters and ATMs, with destinations you can change without reprinting.
  • A page on your domain, built with linkable.id, where members can check whether a link or QR code is really yours.
  • Change history and roles, so you know who published what.
  • Claude, with limits: it can build on-brand pages, but they stay private until a person publishes them.

In Honduras, the banking regulator (CNBS) bars supervised institutions from sending links to customers by email or text message. That's why we position linkable.id there for printed QR codes and pages on the bank's own domains, never for links sent by email or SMS, and each bank's legal team decides how the rule applies.

AI with governance

AI for regulated institutions starts with an AI governance package: policy, use-case inventory, risk assessment and vendor due-diligence templates. Service agents, document automation and internal copilots come after, deployed in your cloud when needed, with masked data and a person who reviews.

How you hire us

Billing by the hour rewards slowness. We'd rather agree on what ships each month.

Software and platforms and cloud and security work is a monthly capacity subscription: defined deliverables, service agreements, one team and a monthly report. Fixed-scope projects get a fixed price.

Yes. Spanish is our working language, and our team in Honduras writes Spanish copy for the reader instead of translating it. We build bilingual pages, forms and campaigns, with our sister company in Texas as your local contact.

We document where data is hosted, who has access, and how we use AI in development under a secure development policy with approved tools and human review. The code and data we build for you are yours. Because Andes Consent is self-hosted, no member data passes through us.

By deliverables, not hours. Build and run work is a monthly capacity subscription with defined deliverables, service agreements, one team and a monthly report. Fixed-scope projects, such as a new site or a migration, get a fixed price.
