Brand governance for the
AI era
Brand governance for every link, QR code and page your teams, and now AI agents, publish.
linkable.id brings short links, dynamic QR codes, branded pages and sites, and your brand assets into one platform. Your team, your agency and Claude all work under the same rules.
The Core
Problem
Your brand drifts across branches, agencies and teams
An old logo on an agency page, a printed QR code pointing to an expired promotion, a landing page nobody approved. Every team publishes with its own tool, and nobody has the full list of what the institution has online.
AI is already publishing
Marketing teams already use AI assistants to build pages and campaigns. When that AI works outside your systems, it doesn't use your approved brand, it ignores permissions, and it leaves no record of who asked for what.
How we solve it
Brand Vault
Approved logos, colors, fonts, documents and copy in one place. Change an asset once and it changes on every page that uses it, and anything in use can't be deleted.
Short links and dynamic QR
Links on your own domains, each with its own QR code. Change the destination whenever you want, without reprinting what is already in branches or on packaging.
Branded pages and sites
Landing pages, digital business cards and microsites built from 21 widget types, your theme and your assets. Make them public, private, or open only with a visitor pass.
Custom pages
Whatever your agency or an AI builds goes live on your domain, in an isolated sandbox, with versions, one-click rollback and the same access rules.
Workspaces and roles
Each brand, country or company in its own workspace, with custom roles, separate permissions to publish or export, and two-factor authentication your admin can make mandatory.
Claude builds, your team publishes
With the Claude connector, someone on your team asks Claude to create links, pages, sites and custom pages using your institution's Brand Vault and themes. Claude works through that person's account and never does more than they can.
Private until someone publishes it
Every page Claude creates starts private. Publishing it takes a separate permission the user grants explicitly.
Claude can't delete
No pages, no assets, no links. Deleting stays a panel action done by a person.
Every action is in the history
Each page's history shows what changed, when, and who asked for it, marked as done via Claude.
One workspace per connection
Each connection is limited to one workspace and follows the connecting person's permissions and plan limits.
Official Claude apps only
claude.ai, the desktop app, the mobile app and Claude Code can connect. Nothing else.
Connections expire
After 30 days without use, the connection asks for authorization again. It is revoked automatically when the person leaves the workspace.
What does change right away
Changes Claude makes to themes, Brand Vault values, or widgets on pages that are already public apply immediately everywhere they are used, and Claude tells you how many places are affected. If your institution wants strict control, give people who use Claude a role without permission to edit themes or the Brand Vault.
Nine capabilities, one platform
Each page explains what the feature does, the problem it solves, and the controls it comes with.
Claude and AI governance
Claude builds short links, pages, sites and custom pages with your brand. New pages start private, publishing takes a separate permission, and every action is logged.
Short links and dynamic QR
Short links on your own domains, each with its own dynamic QR code. Change the destination whenever you need to, and printed material keeps working.
Branded pages
Landing pages, digital business cards and brochures built from 21 widget types, your theme and your Brand Vault. Public, private, or open only with a visitor pass.
Branded sites
Several branded pages brought together in one site with a menu, categories, one short link and one QR code, per-page analytics, and its own sitemap.
Custom pages
What your agency or an AI tool builds goes live on your domain, with versions, one-click rollback, a security sandbox and the same access rules as the rest of your content.
Brand Vault and Brand Kits
Your brand library: 12 asset types with live references, folders that download ready to use, and Brand Kits that keep themselves current.
Themes and design systems
Import your design system from Figma, Tokens Studio or Claude Design and apply it through themes to pages, widgets, QR codes and share previews.
Analytics
Views, clicks and interactions across links, pages, sites and custom pages in one place, with humans separated from bots and CSV export.
Governance and security
Isolated workspaces, custom roles, two-factor authentication your admin can make mandatory, your own domains, and the change history of every page.
Real-World
Applications
Print campaigns that don't expire
Billboards, point-of-sale material and branch brochures with dynamic QR codes. When the promotion ends, the same code points to the next one.
Portals for agencies and partners
A private Brand Kit with your current logos, colors and fonts, shared through a visitor pass that expires and has a usage limit.
Groups with several companies
Each company works in its own workspace, and the group shares its brand assets and domains with all of them, read-only.
Why we are different
AI that builds pages, not just links
Other tools connect AI to their short links only. In linkable.id, Claude builds complete pages and sites with your brand, and the decision to publish stays with your team.
No per-user fees
Every plan includes unlimited users. Pricing depends on workspaces, domains and volume, not on how many people log in.
Bilingual by design
The product, the help center and support work in English and Spanish, backed by a team with over a decade of building platforms for banks and insurers.
From the Brand Vault to publishing, with control at every step
Your brand lives in the Brand Vault and your themes. People or Claude build with them, what Claude builds starts private, and someone with permission publishes it.
