What your audience does on every link, page and
QR code
Views tell you how many people arrived. The interaction report tells you which button they tapped, which file they downloaded, and on which page.
Three views inside linkable.id: the workspace Snapshot, the widget-level Interaction Report, and the Brand Vault Storage inventory. No extra tracking tool to install on every page.
Nobody knows for sure what worked in the last campaign
Link clicks live in one tool, landing-page visits in another, and scans of the printed QR code in none. For the monthly report someone pastes it all into a spreadsheet, and the numbers include bot traffic nobody filtered out. When leadership asks what performed, the answer depends on who built the spreadsheet.
Three reports, one set of data
Snapshot
Views, clicks and interactions for every short link, page, site and custom page in the workspace. Filter by date, resource type or tag, and break down by country, device, browser, language, referrer or UTM source.
Interaction Report
Shows which widget, on which page or site, drove each action: button, link, WhatsApp, phone, email, map, download, contact card, copy, audio or gallery. Names stay readable even if the resource was deleted later.
Storage
The Brand Vault inventory by size, type, owning workspace and usage, including files nothing uses. It is meant for administrator roles.
Humans and bots, separated
The Snapshot and the Interaction Report both separate human visits from bot traffic, so decisions rest on real traffic. A gallery that advances on its own never counts as an interaction; only what the visitor does counts.
Privacy-first location
Each visit's country is detected in-house by linkable.id, with your visitors' privacy in mind.
CSV export
Stats for every link, page, site and custom page export to CSV with the filters you applied. Large exports are prepared in the background and arrive as a notification.
What marketing teams use it for
The monthly report without a spreadsheet
Filter the Snapshot by the campaign's tags to see its links, pages and QR codes together. The same tags your team uses to organize the work are the ones you measure it with.
Knowing which button people use
On a page with WhatsApp, a call button and a brochure download, the Interaction Report shows which of the three gets used. That tells you what to keep at the top and what to cut.
Measuring print
Every QR code runs through a short link, so scans from a branch poster or a package show up in your analytics with country, device and date.
Cleaning up the Brand Vault
The Storage report lists unused files sorted by size, so admins can decide what to retire. Anything in use can't be deleted.
Frequently asked questions
Views, clicks and interactions across linkable.id short links, branded pages, sites and custom pages. The Snapshot covers the whole workspace, the Interaction Report goes down to each widget, and Storage shows the Brand Vault inventory. The first two reports let you separate humans from bots.
Yes. The linkable.id Snapshot breaks traffic down by UTM source, medium and campaign, plus country, device, browser, language and referrer. Short links add the six UTM fields to the destination without breaking any parameters the destination already has.
Not quite. Snapshot figures in linkable.id are cached and refreshed periodically, so a visit can take a little while to appear. The Storage inventory does read the Brand Vault's current state.
linkable.id detects each visit's country with its own in-house process, designed with visitors' privacy in mind. Country shows up in the Snapshot breakdowns and in the stats for each link and page.
linkable.id analytics is enabled according to your plan, and inside each workspace only roles with that permission can see it. Storage is meant for administrator roles. If you do not see the reports in your panel, ask your administrator.
