Branded
pages
Every page comes with its own short link and QR code, uses your approved brand assets, and can stay private until someone with permission opens it to the public.
Build landing pages, digital business cards, PDF catalogs and partner pages from 21 widget types. Widgets pull logos, colors and copy from your Brand Vault, and each page can be public, private to your team, or open only with a visitor pass.
Every new page is either a project or a risk
If the landing page goes through the agency or the dev team, it takes days and every copy change is billed separately. If each team builds its own in another tool, it ships with the old logo, on someone else's domain, and nobody knows who published it. Meanwhile, partner material ends up as an attachment that gets forwarded with no control at all.
Quick to build, with rules for publishing
21 widget types
Header, buttons, WhatsApp with a prefilled message, map, business hours, gallery, video, Markdown, contact card, PDF viewer, downloads, color palette and embeds from approved services, among others. Many take their value from the Brand Vault and update when the asset changes.
Private pages and visitor passes
A private page opens only for members of your workspace. For someone outside, issue a visitor pass with an expiry date, a usage limit and a password. After 5 wrong passwords, the pass locks for a while.
A link and QR code that outlive the page
Every page comes with its own short link and dynamic QR code. When you retire the page, you can keep the link and give it a new destination, with the same address, QR code and stats, so printed material keeps working.
Fullscreen PDFs and video
A page with a single PDF, video, map, gallery or embed can show it edge to edge, with nothing else around it. It works well for flipbook-style brochures and catalogs behind a QR code.
Search engines and share previews
You decide whether a public page shows up in search engines and how it looks when shared: title, description and images, set by hand or from a template. Tracking scripts run only on the pages you attach them to.
Claude builds, a person publishes
With the Claude connector, your team can ask Claude for pages built with your theme and Brand Vault. Every page Claude creates starts private, publishing it takes a separate permission, and each change shows up in the page's history.
What marketing teams use it for
Campaign landing pages
One page per promotion, each with its own link and QR code, so you can measure every piece separately and update the content without touching print.
Digital cards for advisors
Every banker or advisor gets a downloadable contact card with their WhatsApp and office hours, on your own domain.
PDF brochures and catalogs
The PDF fullscreen, with working links, behind a QR code in the branch. When a new version comes out, you replace the file in the Brand Vault and the QR code stays the same.
Private partner material
Rates, presentations or guidelines on a private page, shared with a visitor pass that expires and has a usage limit.
Frequently asked questions
No. In linkable.id, pages are built from widgets in the panel, and your brand theme applies the colors and typography. What your organization does decide is who can publish them, through each person's role.
Yes. In linkable.id, a private page opens only for members of your workspace, and outside people get a visitor pass with an expiry date, a usage limit and a password. After 5 wrong passwords in 15 minutes, the pass locks for a while.
When you permanently delete the page, linkable.id lets you keep its short link and give it a new destination. It becomes a regular short link with the same address, QR code, stats and tags, so printed material keeps working.
Yes, through the linkable.id Claude connector. Claude creates the page and fills it with widgets such as header, Markdown, buttons, contact, WhatsApp and video, but the page starts private and publishing it takes a separate permission. One caution: if Claude edits widgets on a page that is already public, the change goes live immediately, so for strict control give the people who use Claude a role without those permissions.
Yes. Every linkable.id page shows visits, unique visitors and country over time, and the interaction report shows which widgets drive the most actions: buttons, WhatsApp, phone, downloads or the contact card.
