People directory
Each person's name, title, department, email, phones, photo and links, plus custom fields you need, like an office or a license number. Import it from a spreadsheet, and a full sync deactivates anyone who's no longer on the list.
Card templates
One card page that every person gets with their own details, address, short link and QR code. Change the template and every card follows. Cards can be added to a phone's Home Screen.
Variants by role
Clinicians show a license number, sales adds a booking button. A variant drops or replaces template widgets without a second template, and template changes keep reaching those cards.
Email signatures
An HTML template filled with each person's details and QR code, checked as you type so it works in Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail. Anything unsupported is refused with the line and the reason instead of being dropped silently.
Changes someone approves
From their personal page, employees suggest changes to the fields you allow, like their mobile number or photo. Name, email, title and department always stay with your team, and every exception to a template records the reason and who made it.
When someone leaves
Deactivate the person and their card goes offline, their signature stops working, and their card's address, short link and QR code send visitors to the page you choose. Their data is kept only for the retention period you set.
