Claude builds with your brand,
your team publishes
Claude can build an on-brand page, but it stays private until someone on your team publishes it. It can't delete anything, and every action is logged under the name of the person who asked.
The Claude connector lets your team ask Claude, in a conversation, to create short links, pages, sites and custom pages with your institution's Brand Vault and themes. Claude works through the account of the person who connects it, in a single workspace, with that person's permissions.
AI is already producing campaign content
Your team already asks AI assistants for copy, landing pages and link lists. When that work happens outside your brand system, it ships with colors and logos nobody approved, it can go live without passing through your team's permissions, and nobody can tell who asked for what. For a financial institution, that is a brand problem and an internal-control problem.
What Claude can do, and the controls around it
Short links and QR codes
Claude creates and edits links on your domains, with tags, all six UTM parameters, the QR theme and the share preview. The short address never changes, so printed QR codes keep working.
Branded pages and sites
It builds pages with header, text, button, link, contact, email, phone, WhatsApp and video widgets, and organizes them into sites with menus and categories. Images come from your Brand Vault.
Custom pages
It creates the page, uploads the compiled build, checks its status and can roll back to an earlier version. The current build stays live until the new one is ready, with a cap of 10 builds an hour per connection.
Themes and Brand Vault
It edits widget and layout themes, Brand Vault values such as colors, text, design tokens and code snippets, and organizes folders. Invalid values are rejected, and file and image uploads stay in the panel.
Private until someone publishes
Pages and custom pages Claude creates start private. Publishing is a separate permission on the consent screen. For custom pages, that permission also covers uploading to or rolling back a public page and loosening its sandbox.
Claude can't delete
No links, no pages, no assets. Taking a page out of a site never deletes the page. Deleting stays a panel action done by a person.
Every action in the history
Everything Claude does is logged under the name of the person who asked, marked as done via Claude. Your team sees it in each page's change history.
Your permissions, nothing more
Each connection is limited to one workspace. Claude only sees and does what that person can, within plan limits, and anything other workspaces share with you stays read-only.
Connections you control
Only claude.ai, the desktop and mobile apps, and Claude Code can connect. After 30 days unused a connection asks for authorization again, and it's revoked automatically when the person leaves the workspace.
How a bank's marketing team uses it
A campaign landing page reviewed before launch
Claude builds the page for a new credit card with the bank's theme and Brand Vault assets. The page stays private, the marketing lead reviews it in the panel, checks the history to see what Claude did, and decides whether to publish it.
Links for a branch campaign
Claude creates one short link per branch, with its UTM parameters and the institution's QR theme, for the posters in each location. When the promotion ends, the destination changes and the printed codes keep working.
Brand copy kept current in a Brand Kit
Claude drafts or corrects text stored in the Brand Vault, like the tone-of-voice guide or branch hours, and the Brand Kit that uses it updates on its own. Claude reports how many places each edit touches.
A custom page from Claude Code
Someone on the digital team asks Claude Code to build a launch page and upload it as a custom page. The page arrives private, and making it public takes a separate permission.
What does change right away
Changes Claude makes to themes, Brand Vault values or widgets on pages that are already public apply immediately everywhere they're used, just as if someone made them in the panel. Claude reports how many places each change affects and gives you a link to review it. If your institution wants strict control, give people who use Claude a role without permission to edit themes or the Brand Vault.
Which plans include it
The Claude connector is included in Negocio and above, and it's available as an add-on on Profesional. It works with claude.ai, the desktop and mobile apps, and Claude Code. Anthropic labels custom connectors as a beta feature. See the plans.
Frequently asked questions
With the Claude connector, someone on your team can ask Claude to create and edit short links, branded pages, branded sites and custom pages, and to edit themes and Brand Vault values. Claude uses that person's account, in a single workspace, with their permissions and plan limits.
It can't delete: in linkable.id, deletion only happens in the panel. Pages Claude creates start private, and publishing them requires a separate permission the user grants on the consent screen. Without it, Claude can build pages but not make them public.
Every action goes into the linkable.id activity log under the name of the person who asked, marked as done via Claude. Each page's change history shows who changed what and when, including changes made through Claude.
Yes. In linkable.id, changes Claude makes to themes, Brand Vault values or widgets on a page that's already public apply immediately, just as in the panel, and Claude reports how many places are affected. To prevent that, give people who use Claude a role without permission to edit themes or the Brand Vault.
The connector has to be included in your linkable.id plan: it comes with Negocio and above, and it's an add-on on Profesional. It connects from claude.ai, the desktop and mobile apps, or Claude Code. On Claude Team and Enterprise plans, an organization owner has to add it.
