For the second year in a row, a leading eye-care institution trusted Andes Development to produce and stream its international ophthalmology congress. This time we went beyond the signal: we added a linkable.id page with a QR code and an evaluation form for each of its 44 speakers. Over two days the stream never dropped once, and the audience rated its speakers 4.9 out of 5 on average.

Year two is always harder: the audience already knows the bar and expects more. The key challenges were:
